Fitz Vacker is the middle child and the second boy of Alden and Della Vacker. It was never clearly stated, but we can make an assumption that he is 16. He has an older brother who's name is Alvar, and a younger sister who's name is Biana. He is one of the most powerful telepaths in the Lost Cities. He was sent by his father Alden Vacker to find Sophie and found her when she was thirteen years old. Fitz and Sophie are now cognates because Sophie is also a telepath, and they had a special connection from the beginning. As of Legacy, he and Sophie are no longer in a dating relationship but plan too once everything calms down. Fitz is currently a level six at Foxfire and most likely going to become part of the nobility (to do that he must attend the silver towers his next Foxfire year). He has had two major near-death experiences, the first one being in Exile when trying to rescue Prentice. He was stabbed by a creature and had to go through a two-week-long recovery. The more recent one being the one in the book Flashback where he was attacked by Umber's shadowflux and it took months of recovery to be able to walk again after the encounter with the Neverseen.
