Everglen is the home of Della, Alden, Alvar [up until Neverseen, book 4], Fitz, and Biana Vacker. It has large, bright gates that stop Light Leapers from getting in directly. The property was passed on to Alden by Luzia Vacker, who now lives at Dawnheath. Sophie lives there on the first night of washing her parents memories. She also stayed there after fading away the first time. Alvar lives in a small apartment on the property briefly, during Flashback.
